We are an independent corporate finance firm founded by professionals with backgrounds in banking and investment. We help businesses access financing, manage risks and make decisions grounded in data and common sense.
We choose to remain discreet. Confidentiality is not a marketing tool. It is a form of respect for our clients, partners and the work we do.
We work precisely and calmly: we study the details, build structure and take full responsibility for the outcome.
Behind CBS: 30 years in corporate banking, risk management, investment banking and company management, including CEO and CFO roles in retail and real estate.
Separately or as one mandate.
We find the right lender and structure, prepare the documents and negotiate rate, terms and collateral until the money is in your account.
Before you go to a bank: how much you can raise, on what structure, and what to fix in your company's profile first.
An outside view of your financial position the way a bank's credit committee will see it, with the weak points and how to close them.
Budgets, forecasts and cash-flow models that management can actually use and a bank will accept.
We negotiate with existing creditors for a new schedule, rate or collateral, so the company keeps operating.
A review of management reporting and internal controls, with concrete changes that make the numbers reliable.
Nine steps, in the order they actually happen. We run all of them; you take decisions at steps 05 and 08.
We start by confirming representation: signing a cooperation agreement and a power of attorney that allows us to act on your behalf in discussions with the bank.
We collect all key information needed to prepare an information memorandum, a concise presentation of your company and the proposed financing. It covers financial statements, loan history, company structure, collateral options and other relevant details.
Based on our experience and network, we send the memorandum to selected partner banks that best match your profile. It highlights your liquidity, credit history, financial stability and growth potential: everything a bank needs to make an informed decision.
The bank reviews the proposal and provides initial feedback, either expressing interest or requesting additional details. At this stage we clarify all questions related to collateral, financial performance or the structure of the deal.
Once a bank is ready in principle, it issues an indicative offer outlining the key terms: loan amount, interest rate, maturity, collateral requirements and other core conditions.
After you confirm interest, the bank performs a deeper review of your company, analysing financials, valuations and collateral documentation. The results form the basis for the credit committee decision.
Upon approval, the bank's legal department prepares the loan agreements. We review them with you, ensuring that all terms reflect the agreed structure and protect your interests.
All loan and security documents are signed, and any collateral is registered as required by law.
Once documentation is complete, the funds are released according to the agreed schedule, and the project can move forward.
